Prior to co-founding SunTechPros, Praveen worked for multiple Fortune 500 clients as an Oracle ERP consultant. Praveen holds a master’s degree in computer applications from Osmania University, India. Praveen has for numerous years demonstrated a tremendous passion for promoting significant positive change in local communities and individuals, while engaging citizens in various roles for several non-profit organizations. Praveen is an ardent cricket enthusiast, since early childhood.

David brings over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology staffing and direct placement arena in roles ranging from Recruiter, Account Manager, Branch Manager to National Director of Recruiting, for multiple firms. David has been part of teams as a “hands on” sales and recruiting professional, as well as mentoring, motivating and leading large teams of technical recruiters.

David grew up in the greater Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina area and attended Elon University where he graduated with a B.A. degree in Philosophy, minor in Religion. David is extremely passionate in all that he does, especially for being an integral contributor in the delivery of top quality I.T. talent to customers.

He specializes in building relationships with Executives and Technology Hiring Managers while working in collaboration with them to deliver top notch IT Professionals on a contract, contract-hire, or direct placement basis.

Rick has worked with companies of all sizes, from Fortune 500 organizations (Cisco Systems, Bayer, Glaxo SmithKline, Gulfstream, Nucor, Bank of America, etc.) to smaller and mid-market companies.

Pankaj brings over 20 years of experience in IT Staffing – with a penchant for negotiating win-win solutions. With his focus on exceeding client expectations, he has a unique ability to understand his clients’ human capital needs and offer strategic customized solutions. He has a passion for building strong, value-based relationships with candidates and ensures every interaction to be positive and professional with consistent communication and follow through.

Pankaj holds an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Indore, India.

Mouli has over twenty years of experience in IT in various roles and responsibilities, with significant portion of it as business liaison and project development manager having worked in Federal, Regulated and Global Organizations.  He has successfully managed several complex and cross-functional projects and business initiatives, working directly with business SMEs, Product Owners, Head of Functional Departments, Directors and Senior Leadership teams.  Mouli has interfaced with the business, playing a key role to understand business needs and requirements and partner with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are understood, and appropriate solutions are developed and implemented

Mouli has Masters in Business Management from Colorado State University and has quite a few certifications which includes PMP, Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud etc., He has successfully managed several large scale Salesforce implementations and development of business solutions which includes Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud and CQP, Integrations, Migrations and Communities.

Besides work, he is an ardent nature lover and he loves to do camping, hiking and stargazing. Of course, he plays tennis and enjoys walking in the green trails.
